Positive outcomes of volunteering

There are some really positive outcomes of volunteering with ‘Alderley Edge In Bloom.’
Green exercise like gardening is a great way to reduce stress and improve mental well being
Gardening is a great form of aerobic exercise and can help boost your strength, stamina and flexibility.
You will form stronger local connections and make new friendships
It's a chance to explore new areas of our community and improve them while your at it!
You can do as much or as little as you like. Every little bit helps, every contribution is valued. We have a good fun time and celebrate our successes from time to time with lunches and meals out at local village restaurants.

Your covered! The Alderley Edge In Bloom group maintains public liability insurance cover of £10 million with NFU Mutual which covers us for everything we do for Britain in Bloom.
